Physical Therapy Job Opportunity

Seeking Part Time and Full Time Office Clerks, Spanish Bilingual Preferred, Locals Only
Dream Therapies is seeking individuals who can work a combination of IT and medical office/clerical work at our multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric facility.
Only individuals who have solid experience with computers/IT will be considered for this position. We seek individuals who can
• reset modems/routers,
• troubleshoot connectivity of devices to the network (printers, internet), • work effectively with, and be able to troubleshoot difficulties with Excel/Word (e.g. ensuring Microsoft updates are done)
• use clouds efficiently,
• able to use BOTH Macs and PCs
Experience with medical office duties and/or interest in pursuing a career in Occupational, Physical or Speech Therapy is preferred.
Applicants must be available weekends and weekday closing shift 1:15-9:00pm.
In addition to IT experience this position requires 2-3 previous supervisor references (letters of reference preferred), strong communication skills, flexibility, strong teamwork, the ability to work in a fast paced and exciting environment.
There are opportunities for this position to become full time and advancement into management for motivated individuals who are quick learners.
Individuals with management experience, certificates/degrees, OR horse experience will be considered for a higher rate of pay. Individuals with limited experience in the area will be considered for the lower rate of pay but we are willing to train/mentor. The interview process will include a verbal and skills interview.
